Swatch Bangles

Create your very own bracelet using your old bangle bracelet!
I found this swatch bangle pattern by See Mi Knit while I was searching the internet for free patterns as usual.
It's easy to follow the pattern I linked above and she shows great how-to pictures!
It is also on ravelry.com and in Vogue Knitting Magazine!

And makes a great bracelet that you can change as often as you want!  They make a great gift, too bad I learned how to do it after Christmas! So tell your friends not to giveaway or throw away any old bangle bracelets so you can knit them a new one!

I measured the size of my bangle that I don't ever wear anymore. Then made a simple swatch, that was as long and as wide as needed for the bracelet, following the moss stitch pattern.


Then I sewed the top and bottom together and then sewed the sides together over the swatch.
Et "voilà"!
